December Contest Announcement!

What's your favorite part of this time of year?
Visiting family? Driving around to see Christmas lights? Turkey? Presents? Aunt Mabel's inability to sing carols in tune, making your brother shoot milk out his nose (ok it's early right now and I'm not fully awake yet).
Your answer could win 3 different sets of 4 photo cards, just in time for sending out those thank you's after Christmas and New Year's!
I hope you like them!
Don't forget to check out the SUPER BOGO 50% off sale to get lots of affordable gifts for your friends, family, neighbors and coworkers. At these prices, you'll be surprised at how much quality gift-giving you'll be able to do!
Also check out our charity of the month, Epic Farms and see what great things they are doing for horses in need (I always have a soft spot for my 'neigh'-bors!)
Have a great day!

  1. The cards are beautiful, Meghann!

One of the things I always hope for at this time of year, although it doesn't happen very often, is getting a real snowfall. Typically, we usually just get sleet, ice, and freezing rain, or maybe an inch or two of wet snow - real snow is so much better (bonus points if it snows so much that I don't have to go to work!)

  2. Oh my! You can come up here and get some snow anytime! We have snowfalls starting usually in October, though it will melt and then freeze, and by December we have LOTS of snow. Last year we had almost 4 YARDS of snowfall over the course of the winter. Come up to Canada, eh, and get some snow (and take it with you for goodness sakes, I'd like to not have to plow my driveway twice per day)!
    Thanks for your comments!

  4. The short days are a real bummer so when the holiday lights start going up I love it. My "studio" is on our closed in porch. I can sit there in the late afternoon working and watch all of the lights up and down my street come on. It really lifts the spirit.
